Tammy Linseisen, ACSW, LCSW-S

I appreciate your journey to find the best fit for you to connect and build a therapeutic relationship. I’ve been a clinical social worker for more than 30 years (which is really hard to believe, by the way!) and have worked with many populations over time. What I’ve learned through my experiences to deepen my clinical skills is that differences matter. Working with the differences between us enhances communication, empathy, and the ability to self-reflect. We will do this work together, as a team, with significant focus on your strengths and the future. We will look at ways your family system and past experiences have enhanced your relationship skills and ways that might now get in the way. My passions have landed with work with adults, couples, and families and I have focused my training in the areas of attachment, anti-oppression, family systems, and developmental trauma. In addition, I am also trained in EMDR. I look forward to our work together.

Another passion of mine is clinical supervision and clinical supervision training. Utilizing the theories and areas of practice above, I offer both individual and group supervision to practitioners seeking advanced licensure and I also provide licensing board approved supervision trainings. I currently consult with local clinicians, child welfare agencies and organizations, and the US Navy and Army. Clinical and supervision consultation are also services I provide.
