EM ELLIOTT, LmSW

Hi there, I’m Emmeline but you can call me Em. I'm a queer non-binary therapist who deeply values the power of authentic connection and self-discovery. I work from an attachment-focused, relational framework, meaning that I view relationships—whether with others or with ourselves—as essential to healing and growth. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are all shaped by our experiences, and that the integration of these experiences can be transformed through safe, attuned, and empathetic collaboration.

I've got experience in and a passion for supporting adults navigating addiction recovery, complex trauma, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I understand that the route to reconciling the past with the present is non-linear ... whether that includes rebounding from substances or trauma or the grind of daily living. I approach therapy with warmth, humor, openness, and non-judgment.

The therapeutic space is yours to explore at your own pace, and I'm stoked to support you through it. I often wonder for all of us - what if we got to re-contextualize the narratives that led us here? What if the present story gets a new plot twist? I'm excited to see what might unfold for you. Reach out; let's see what kind of adventure we can co-create.
