ALEXANDRA MORPHEW, LmSW
Hello!
I’m Alex, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience working with adults, emerging adults, and adolescents in individual, group, and family settings. I am a queer-identified and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. In our space, it is my goal to provide a warm, compassionate, and welcoming place where you can feel safe to share about what is coming up for you. I use a flexible approach integrating modalities like mindfulness, somatic work, and IFS, but the foundation of my approach is rooted in attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. I believe that creating relational safety is the anchor of therapy and I use other modalities in ways that build on this essential foundation. I use a trauma-informed approach and am currently being trained in EMDR therapy. I am currently accepting new clients, feel free to reach out to me with any questions at the info below. I look forward to our work together!
